Diagnostics Medical Equipment Trading F.Z.E. — Diamet — is a UAE free-zone company built to move essential goods responsibly: the diagnostic equipment hospitals rely on, and the construction materials that build the region around them.
Diamet is registered as a Free Zone Establishment (F.Z.E.) in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. From our base in the C1 Building, we operate as an import–export and trading intermediary connecting global manufacturers and material producers with buyers across the UAE, the wider Gulf and Central Asia.
Since our founding we have organised our activity around two deliberately distinct — but operationally similar — trading divisions: diagnostics and medical equipment, and building and construction materials. Both depend on the same core capability: sourcing the right product, from the right supplier, documented and delivered the right way.

Our medical trading desk sources diagnostic and clinical equipment for hospitals, private clinics, laboratories and regional distributors. We work with manufacturers and accredited suppliers to ensure every unit we trade meets applicable international quality and regulatory expectations before it reaches an end user.
Alongside our medical division, Diamet trades building and construction materials for contractors, developers and project owners. This division grew directly from regional demand we saw for a reliable, documentation-first supplier of bulk construction materials — the same rigor we apply to medical equipment, applied to the built environment.
A defining relationship for our medical division is our partnership with Akrap Holding — Turkmenistan's medical technology distributor since 1996.
Akrap Holding has spent nearly three decades supplying hospitals and clinics across Turkmenistan — from large-scale imaging systems to everyday medical consumables — while also advising on the planning of new healthcare facilities in the country.
Diamet supports this relationship from the UAE side: helping identify manufacturers, coordinate international sourcing, and manage the free-zone trade documentation required to move diagnostic equipment efficiently from origin markets toward Turkmenistan's healthcare system, in step with Akrap Holding's on-the-ground engineering and installation teams.
